Victoria Marino

Victoria Marino is the proud owner and stylist behind Salon Blond, a multi-award-winning, seven-figure Aveda salon with two thriving locations in Dunedin and Palm Harbor, Florida. Her journey began in 2005, after graduating with honors from the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She later followed her passion for the beauty industry by attending and graduating from the Aveda Institute in St. Petersburg.

Victoria created Salon Blond with a mission: to deliver an elevated guest experience and build a team of strong, career-minded stylists. She believes in growing talent from within, which is why her team is built through an apprenticeship model that ensures consistency in skill, culture, and excellence. Each stylist is hand-selected and trained to reflect the core values of Salon Blond—exceptional service, technical expertise, and genuine care.

Committed to constant growth, Victoria has spent nearly two decades continuing her education with some of the best artists and educators in the industry. She specializes in custom color, precision design, event styling, and editorial hair and makeup, all while mentoring her team and shaping the next generation of beauty professionals.
